Pound Cake
Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flou or 2 ¼ cup cake flour
1tsp baking powder
¼ ts salt
1 cup butter (8oz) , room temp
4 large eggs , room temp
1 ts vanilla extract
Method:
1. Centerrack 325 ̊, butter loaf pan, put on two
baking sheets
2. Whiskflour, baking powder and salt
3. Addeggs one at a time, beating 1 min after each egg
4. Addvanilla extract
5. Addflour mix until just in corporate
6. Scrapeinto pan and smooth top
7. Bakefor 65 min in large oven... check for doneness by inserting a thin knife deep

White chocolate and macadamianut blondies
Ingredients:
½ cup butter, room temp ,plus etc for greasing
1 ¼ cup firmly packed golden brown sugar
2 ts instant espresso powder(coffee powder)
1 ts vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 cup all purpose(palin) flour
¾ cup macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
Caramel glaze for drizzling (optional)
Method:
1. Preheatthe oven 350 ̊ F , grease an 8 inch
square baking pan
2. Ina large bowl, combine the butter, brown sugar, espresso powder and vanilla.
3. Usingan electric mixer set n high speed, beat until light and fluffy, beat in the
eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, then beat at hight speed
until very fluffy, about 2 mints.
4. Reducethe speed to low , add the flour and mix just until incorporated.
5. Foldint he nuts and white chocolate just until blended.
6. Poutand scrape the butter in the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Bake until a toothpick
inserted into the center comes out clean, about 40 mints
