உண்மையின் உயர்வு ,நேர்மையின் மேன்மை , இவற்றை , விரிவாக எடுத்துச் சொல்லவும் .
இவற்றைக் கடைப்பிடிப்பதால் , சிறிய துன்பம் நேர்ந்தாலும் , மனதுக்குக் குற்ற உணர்வில்லாமல் இருக்கலாம் என்பதை எடுத்துச் சொல்லவும் .

அப்படி , அவர்கள் பொய் சொன்னது தெரிந்தால் , குறிப்பிட்ட சில மணி நேரம் , அவர்களுடன்பேசாமல்இருந்து , இதுதான்தண்டனைஎன்று வலியுறுத்தவும் .

அபிநயம் என்பது கதாபாத்திரத்திற்கேற்ப கருத்துக்களையும், உணர்ச்சிகளையும் வெளிப்படுத்தும் கலை. அதாவது ஒரு கதையிலோ அல்லது பாடலிலோ வரும் ஒவ்வொரு வார்த்தையினது கருத்தையும் வாயினாற் சொல்லாது கையினாலும், தலை, கண், கழுத்து முதலிய அங்கங்களினாலும் பார்ப்பவர் எளிதில் புரிந்து கொள்ளும் வண்ணம் செய்யப்படும் செய்கையே அபிநயம் ஆகும். அபிநயம் இரண்டு வழிகளால் சித்தரிக்கப்படுகிறது. ஒன்று உலக வழக்கு. இது லோக தர்மி எனப்படும். மற்றொன்று நாடகவழக்கு. இது உலக வழக்கிற்கு சற்று அப்பாற்பட்டு கலைவடிவத்திற்கு முதலிடம் அளிக்கும். இது நாடக தர்மி எனப்படும். உலக வழக்கிற்கு எடுத்துக்காட்டு உண்மையான கண்ணீர். கண்ணீர் சிந்துவது போல் நடிப்பது நாடக வழக்காகும். அபிநயத்தில் நடிப்பு, பாவம் பல்வேறு அங்க நிலைகள் போன்றவை ஆடுபவரின் மன எழுச்சிகளை உணர்த்தப் பயன்படுகின்றன.

1, ஆகார்ய அபிநயம்
2, வாசிக அபிநயம்
3, ஆங்கிக அபிநயம்
4, சாத்விக அபிநயம்
ஆகார்ய அபிநயம்:
அலங்காரம் மூலம் அபிநயித்தல் ஆகார்ய அபிநயம் எனப்படும். முக ஒப்பனை, உடை, அணி அலங்காரம், மேடை அமைப்பு முதலியவை பரத நாட்டியத்தில் முக்கிய இடம் பெறுகின்றன. சிவனாக ஒருவர் ஆட வேண்டுமென்றால் அவர், சடாமுடி, பிறைச்சந்திரன், பாம்பு, புலித்தோல், நெற்றியில் திருநீறு முதலான ஒப்பனைகளைச் செய்துகொள்ள வேண்டும். இந்த ஒப்பனைகள் அவரைச் சிவனாக உணர்த்தும். இவ்வாறு அபிநயம் செய்வது ஆகார்ய அபிநயம் எனப்படும்.
வாசிக அபிநயம்:
பாடலுக்கேற்ப அபிநயிப்பது வாசிக அபிநயம் எனப்படும். இந்த அபிநயத்திற்குப் பாடல் முக்கியம். பாடற்பொருள் அபிநயிக்கப்படும். ஆடுபவரே பாடலைப் பாடி அபிநயிப்பார். தற்காலத்தில் வேறொருவர் பக்க இசை பாட ஆடுபவர் அதற்கேற்ப அபிநயம் செய்து ஆடும் பழக்கமும் நடைமுறைக்கு வந்துள்ளது.
ஆங்கிக அபிநயம்:
உடல் உறுப்புகளால் உள்ளக் கருத்தை வெளிப்படுத்துவது ஆங்கிக அபிநயம் எனப்படும். உடல் உறுப்புகளுக்குத் தனித்தனிச் செய்கைகள் உண்டு. இவற்றில் கைமுத்திரைகள் முதன்மையானவைகளாகவும், சிறப்பானவைகளாகவும் கொள்ளப்படுகின்றன. கைமுத்திரை என்பது விரல்களின் செய்கைகளாகும். பரத நாட்டியத்தில் ஒற்றைக்கை முத்திரைகளும், இரட்டைக்கை முத்திரைகளும் உள்ளன. ஒற்றைக்கை முத்திரை தமிழில் பிண்டி எனவும், சமஸ்கிருதத்தில் அசம்யுதஹஸ்தம் எனவும் குறிப்பிடப்படுகிறது. இரட்டைக்கை முத்திரை தமிழில் பிணையல் எனவும், சமஸ்கிருதத்தில் சம்யுதஹஸ்தம் எனவும் குறிப்பிடப்படுகிறது. பாடலின் பொருளைக் கைமுத்திரைகள் காட்டுகின்றன. கை முத்திரைகள் வழி கண் செல்லும். கண்கள் செல்லும் வழி மனம் செல்லும். மனம் செல்லும் வழி உள்ளத்தின் உணர்வு செல்லும்.
சாத்விக அபிநயம்:
நவரசம் எனப்படும் ஒன்பது சுவைகளாகிய பயம், வீரம், இழிப்பு, அற்புதம், இன்பம், அவலம், நகை, கோபம், நடுநிலை ஆகிய உணர்வுகளை கை முத்திரைகள், முக பாவம் போன்ற உடல் மெய்பாடுகளால் அபிநயித்தல் சாத்விக அபிநயம் எனப்படும்.
அபிநயத்தில் குறிப்பிடப்படும் பாவங்கள் ஒன்பது வகைப்படும். அவையாவன:

| Tricking cancer cells into suicide
Trick cancer cells into committing suicide — that's the new ploy in gene therapy and a team of scientists in Chennai have waded into it, looking for a cure for eye cancer in children.
'Suicide gene therapy' is a method of introducing genetic material into cancerous tumours and then ensuring the programmed death of the cells. It is not a standard treatment method for cancer but scientists across the world are working on it and finding encouraging results.
In Chennai, a team from eye hospital Sankara Nethralaya has found that the herpes virus can be used to treat childhood eye cancer or retinoblastoma.
About 2,000 children across the country are diagnosed with this rare form of eye cancer every year, say doctors. Many lose their vision. Traditional treatment includes radiation and chemotherapy, and the Chennai scientists are hoping their work will help find a cure for childhood eye cancer with a lower risk of damage to normal cells.
In the lab, biomedical and genetics researchers programmed a gene from the herpes virus — herpes simplex virus thymidine kinase (HSV-tk) — to enter only the eye cancer cells. Then, they injected the anti-viral drug used to treat herpes, ganciclovir, into the tumour. The ganciclovir fought the HSV-tk and in the process caused an orderly, programmed death of cancer cells.
"When this happens, the cells break down into tiny bits of material that other cells can absorb or recycle. What we do here is programme the death of the cancer cell by manipulating it a bit. That's a reason why it is called suicide gene therapy," said Dr S Krishnakumar, corresponding author of the study that was published in the peer-reviewed medical journal PlosOne.
The study was funded by Indian Council of Medical Research and the department of biotechnology. Researchers across the globe have done similar studies and some are conducting human trials that are proving successful. The Chennai research team hopes its work will open up avenues in retinoblastoma treatment. "We want to develop treatment methods that effectively kill cancer cells and leave the healthy ones alone. If we achieve this, we will be able to preserve vision in many children with retinoblastoma," said K Gopinath, a PhD student in the team.
"If we manage to trick the eye cancer cells, we could be opening the doors for cures to other cancers too," said Dr Krishnakumar

| How to prepare for the end of Windows XP
As Microsoft has been reminding its customers for many months, support for its Windows XP operating system ends on April 8. While your Windows XP computer will continue to run, Microsoft will not be providing security updates and other patches to keep the system safer from viruses and other malware attacks. The company also announced that it would not be providing an XP-compatible version of its Microsoft Security Essentials software on its site, either.
Microsoft has two suggestions for those still using Windows XP: upgrade the operating system or buy a new PC. The system requirements for Windows 8.1, the latest operating system, may be a little high for older hardware.
You need a machine with at least a 1-gigahertz processor, 1 gigabyte of memory, 16 gigabytes of hard drive space and a graphics card compatible with DirectX9 and the Windows Display Driver Model software.
Microsoft's site has a tutorial on potentially upgrading from Windows XP, including links to an upgrade assistant program that checks your current machine to see if it can run Windows 8.1. You can check to see if your older programs work on Windows 8.1 on the Compatibility Center page.
If neither of these options sounds appealing or possible, you have other choices. You can continue on with Windows XP with third-party security software, although you may find fewer sites, services and programs that continue to work with an operating system that was first released in 2001.
Although it may take some heavy lifting and expertise, some people have found extended life for old hardware by installing the open-source Linux operating system, which tends to have less-intensive system requirements than other operating systems.
